Responsibilities of Quality Assurance Analyst

• Performs Analytical Software tests
• Creates accurate and efficient tests scripts in MS Excel to manage the testing of certain products and features to support the testing process
• Creates business requirements specifications and User Manual using MS office
• Creates process flow through Microsoft Visio
• Identifies and tracks defects with MS visual studio team foundation server 2010 and supported developers in resolving problems by completing additional tests.
• Facilitates User Acceptance Testing
• Performs initial investigation in resolving issues clients and the development team and internal partners to understand and solves issues relating to deployed applications.
